- Details about your project, its location and the service you need
- Any files you attach, such as drawings or an RFP
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal
- To consider your application, if you send us a CV
- To keep records needed for our business and legal obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
Your enquiry is delivered to our office email. We share information only with service providers who help us run this website and email, or where the law requires it.
Third-party content
The Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads; see Google’s privacy policy for details. Links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application emails only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent, or as required by law, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to access, correct or erase the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will respond promptly.
